Our boutique studio offers a relaxed, welcoming escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We offer a variety of classes that are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, keeping our class sizes small so that our attention is always on you. We have a strong focus on correct alignment and form so that you always get the most out of your workout.
Sessions will leave you refreshed and energised, relaxed and balanced.
Steph is a qualified Exercise Physiologist and Pilates instructor with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She has extensive experience in clinical rehabilitation within the military, sporting and corporate environment.
Combining her career with her other hobbies, including netball, running and participating in community events such as Tough Mudder and Spartan, Steph wants to share her passion for health and mobility with the Range Community.
Steph’s goal is to inspire clients to develop physical strength as well as mental well-being by showing them just how great they can feel inside and out through exercise, particularly by performing Pilates. Her passion is to help clients optimise their health to be the best version of themselves, whilst not taking things too seriously.
Ilene is a Bachelor qualified Naturopath with Advanced Diplomas in Nutrition and Herbal Medicine, offering Live Blood & Quantum Reflex Analysis within her consultations to provide a quality, holistic service that addresses the causes of an individuals’ health concerns.
A unique tool of healing Ilene uses for clients suffering with pain, trauma, scars and post-surgery is a particular method of clay packing, shown to restore health, decrease inflammation and improve circulation and nutrition back into the affected area.

The studio is located at Flaxton, situated between Mapleton and Montville, twenty minutes from Maleny on the beautiful Blackall Range (Sunshine Coast Hinterland). Classes are taught in a boutique space, situated on a five-acre property, with friendly farm animals to welcome you.
Depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables can be picked from the garden with the opportunity to relax after your workout in the seated area, overlooking a working ginger farm to views all the way to the Sunshine Coastline.
You can park close to the studio by accessing the property via Flaxton Mill Road to Akala Street or park up at the front entrance and enjoy the 400-metre walk down the driveway, past the dam and cow paddock, taking in the peaceful serenity and array of wildlife. The driveway has a steep hill which is perfect for a warm-up and a great preparation for your studio class.
