Reformer classes
​
Our small group Reformer Pilates lessons offer a dynamic and supportive way to move.
With just five reformers per class, each session feels personal and focused. Using the resistance of the Pilates pulley system, you’ll build strength, increase stamina, and find deeper stability — all while having fun.
We offer GENTLE, FUNDAMENTAL, and CHALLENGE classes to suit every body and every stage of your Pilates journey.

Private lessons
​
Privates lessons are 1:1 lessons. You have my undivided attention for the entire lesson. You will have the opportunity to work on all the classical apparatus. These lessons are a wonderful way to work on your unique goals, be that rehab, pre/post-natal, or to challenge yourself in advanced Pilates exercises. If you are new to Pilates and joining a reformer class I ask for you to do one Private lesson before joining group classes.​
Studio Rehab Lessons
​
Our Studio Rehab sessions are small-group lessons (maximum 4 people), where each client follows a tailored program on the classical Pilates apparatus. Whether you're recovering from injury, working with guidance from an exercise physiologist, or exploring the full Pilates system, these sessions are designed around your individual needs.
You’ll work at your own pace with my close support in a focused, empowering environment where your goals are always the priority.
