- 01If you're a brand new client, we recommend starting with our New Client Offer ($140), which includes:1 x 1:1 Private lesson2 x Reformer classes This package is designed to give you a proper introduction to the studio - your private lesson lets one of our instructors assess your body, goals, and any injuries one-on-one, before you join a small group reformer or studio class. It's a wonderful, low-pressure way to find your feet (literally!) and see what we offer before committing to a package. Please note:This offer is for brand new clients onlyIt is valid for 3 weeks from your first booking, after which it expiresIt is non-transferable and non-refundable If you're new to Pilates and planning to join a group reformer class, we ask that you complete one private lesson first, so we can make sure you're moving safely and confidently on the equipment.
- 02Reformer classes are small group sessions (max 5 people) on the reformer, with GENTLE, FUNDAMENTAL, and CHALLENGE levels to suit every stage of your Pilates journey:Gentle - covers the basics of Pilates at a slower pace. A great option if you're new to Pilates and want to build confidence with the fundamentals.Fundamental - a level up from Gentle, building on technique and strength.Challenge - our most advanced level, for clients ready to push further. Private (1:1) lessons are entirely one-on-one, working across all classical apparatus - ideal for rehab, pre/post-natal needs, or working toward specific personal goals. Studio Rehab lessons are small group sessions (max 5 people), each on an individually tailored program - great if you're recovering from injury, looking for more understanding of the whole pilates system or working alongside an exercise physiologist. You will work independently on a range of pilates apparatus, not just the refomer under the instructors watchful eye.
- 03We know life can happen and so we ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't show up to your scheduled class, you will forfeit your class payment. All classes are payable in advance. You can manage your own cancellations on Bookings Essentails. Are packages transferable or refundable? No - all packages, including our New Client Offer, are non-transferable and non-refundable. All payments are completed through our website prior to your session.
- 04This depends on your individual policy, so it's always worth checking with your fund directly. As a general guide:Some private health insurance companies will pay a benefit for Pilates with any instructor, under a category for natural or alternative therapies. Most private health insurance companies will only pay a benefit for Pilates if it is taught by a physiotherapist - at Range Pilates, that's Libby. New clientsIf you have Pilates reformer experience and want to claim on your private health insurance for Libby's classes, you'll need to complete a 30 minute assessment with Libby before you can start claiming. If you don't have Pilates reformer experience and want to claim on your private health insurance for Libby's classes, you'll need to complete a 50 minute assessment and introduction to Pilates session before you can start claiming. Existing clientsIf you want to claim on your private health insurance for Libby's classes, you'll need to complete a 30 minute assessment with Libby before you can start claiming. If you're claiming on your private health insurance and purchasing a pack of lessons, you'll need to redeem the full pack before you can claim.Libby's classes run Monday afternoon, Thursday afternoon, and Friday morning. Please note that only sessions taught by Libby are eligible under the physiotherapy category — classes with our other instructors are not.If you'd like to go down this path, just let us know and we'll help guide you through booking the right assessment with Libby. Please note: attending Pilates classes with our physiotherapist, whether or not you are claiming on your private health insurance, is not the same as receiving assessment and management for injuries and medical conditions.
